'Hey guys! So I have been dieting and exercising for a few weeks now, and I just wanted to show you all my exercise routine. Some days are easier than others but I wanted to give you guys a real look into what it is like working out and doing cardio/situps/weights when you are 300lbs. My journey has just begun, and hopefully by seeing this video and realizing that ANYBODY can do it, I hope I inspire some of you to do the same. I am still going to be a big girl at heart, but I want to get fit and feel better. I plan to document my weight loss journey on YouTube so that I can look back on how much I have accomplished.
